Prove Your Video Is Real
An animated badge that proves your video is real. Verifiable by anyone, no account needed.
How It Works
Try It Now
Zoom in so the video above fills your screen, and take a screenshot. Then upload it to the verification page to see it work — just like a real viewer would. Make sure the badge is large enough in your screenshot for the pixel codes to be readable.
Choose a unique name and receive your personal token and secret key.
Open Your Badge
Your dashboard displays a live animated badge signed by the server every second.
Overlay on Video
Add the badge to your stream via OBS browser source or screen composite.
Anyone Verifies
Viewers screenshot any frame and upload it to confirm your identity and timestamp.
Why It Works
Cryptographic Signatures
Each badge is signed with SHA-256 + HKDF using your secret key. Without your credentials, no one can produce a valid badge.
Immutable Timestamps
The server logs every timestamp before returning the hash. Timestamps cannot be backdated or fabricated.
Tamper-Proof Pixel Codes
Embedded pixel code bars carry built-in checksums. Altering even one bit causes verification to fail.

Screenshot. Upload. Verified.
Transparency: Known Limitations
- Requires internet. The badge contacts the server every second — that's what makes each signature verifiable.
- Badge must be visible. Verification only works when the badge can be seen and screenshotted.
- Needs high resolution. Pixel code bars require sufficient pixel density — 4K streaming recommended.
- Frame-level, not continuous. BCV proves specific moments; gaps between timestamps reveal splices.
- Centralized trust. All verification depends on the BCV server — this is the trade-off for instant, no-setup verification.
